Secondly, on our first outing, on the second leg of our trip our carseat was lost and shipped across country from Indiana to California. When they found it, they shipped it back to our home in Texas, where it was thrown in the back of a pickup for delivery by the courier service. BAG LOOKS ABSOLUTELY LIKE NEW AFTER ALL OF THAT!!!!
